Loading Bays
Loading bays are systems that allow to make the loading and unloading operations of goods from the vehicles to the storage and vice versa. To manufacture and design the loading bays we follow specific guidelines and take into account the building and functional features of the three main elements that make up the system: the sectional door, the dock leveller, and the dock shelter. Dock house are built in case the loading bay is outside the warehouse. Dock house are characterised by a steel structure, walls and roof in insulated panels.

Variants
DOCK HOUSE
Dock houses are made of insulated panels and are built outside the building, in order to have more space to the loading and unloading operations of the storage. The structure is designed to be ante seismic with insulated panels, and it allows to insert a dock leveller, a dock shelter, and an insulated roller shutter. The dock house can also be equipped with a door with panic bar and a ramp.

DOCK SHELTERS
Dock shelters for loading bays are made of a steel structure in galvanised steel or aluminium, with a black cover in anti-tear and class 2 self-extinguishing polyester PVC. They can be customised for specific needs, and equipped with elastic pantograph to allow the loading and unloading operations from the vehicles. We manufacture different models of dock shelters in PVC, such as retractable or cushion, ideal for cold stores.

DOCK LEVELLERS
Dock levellers, which can be swing lip or telescopic lip, are designed to allow the loading and unloading operations from the vehicles to the warehouse floor located at a different level. In that way, workers who use pallet trucks or forklift trucks can easily reach the vehicles with or without the trailer.Standard or customised dock levellers are designed to carry a capacity from 6000 to 9000 kg and are supplied with all the accessories for a manual or automatic opening.

PIT FRAME FOR RAMPS
In order to allow a correct installation of the ramps, we supply pit rim frame in galvanised steel or painted, with brackets that will be fixed into the masonry. The kit is supplied complete, in order to allow the installation of different types of pits.The supply of the goods is ex warehouse or we delivery directly on site.
