High speed industrial doors or “high speed doors”, are a type of closure characterized by a roll-up or fold-up PVC curtain. The fast opening and closure of the curtain allow to minimise the heat exchange between the spaces, improving the thermohygometric condition.
Designed for high transit frequency of people and goods, they are usually used to divide internal production compartments, row material stores, and temperature-controlled rooms. They are also chosen instead of industrial doors in industrial, logistic and commercial contexts.

HIGH SPEED ROLL-UP INDUSTRIAL DOORS
High Speed Roll-Up Industrial Doors with CE marking, consist of PVC curtain in class 2 self-extinguishing polyester fabric 900 g/m2 and resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +70°C, with crystal transparent portholes.The supporting structure is made of steel and the sliding guides of polizene. High speed roll-up industrial doors are sized according to the openings. The PVC curtain runs fast on the vertical guides, rolls up inside a closed compartment, which is part of the structure, and it is self-repairing, this means that the curtain returns into the side guides in case of collision.With frontal or side motor, they are equipped with security devices and accessories for the automatic operation.

HIGH SPEED FOLD-UP INDUSTRIAL DOORS
High Speed Fold-Up Industrial Doors with CE marking, are designed to be used both outdoors and indoors for medium-large openings, and are characterised by their good wind resistance. Doors consist of PVC fabric in class 2 self-extinguishing polyester fabric 900 g/m2 and resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +70°C, with horizontal modules equipped with reinforcing steel bars and crystal transparent portholes. High speed fold-up industrial doors are custom built and with anti-tear cover and can reach an opening up to 16 meters. The PVC curtain is equipped with steel bars and robust straps that allow its vertical movement during the automatic or motorised operation.

HIGH SPEED ATEX INDUSTRIAL DOORS
High Speed Atex Industrial Doors with CE marking are a special motorised closure with PVC curtain in compliance with the ATEX Directive, and designed for high transit frequency of people and goods between external and internal openings, especially in environments with potentially explosive atmosphere. In order to separate high-risk areas in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry, we produce custom made doors with steel structure and 170 gr/sqm antistatic PVC curtain in class 2 in blue or grey. The PVC curtain is characterised by horizontal modules equipped with reinforcing steel bars and crystal transparent portholes, and is resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +70°C. The curtain rolls up inside a closed compartment thanks to inverted-equipped motor that can be activated by an external control unit according to the ATEX Directive. High speed Atex industrial doors are equipped with specific safety devices and drives according to the environment.
